ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಮತ್ತೆ ನನಗೆ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ
1
The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,
2
ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಳು--ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಅಯ್ಯೋ! ದಿನವೇ ಎಂದು ಅರಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.

Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Wail , Alas for the day!

ಆ ದಿನವು ಸವಿಾಪವಾಯಿತು, ಕರ್ತನ ದಿನವು, ಆ ಕಾರ್ಮುಗಿಲಿನ ದಿನವು ಸವಿಾಪ ವಾಯಿತು; ಅದೇ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಕಾಲವಾಗಿ ರುವದು.

For the day is near, even the day of Yahweh is near; it shall be a day of clouds, a time of the nations.
4
ಕತ್ತಿಯು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಹತರಾಗಲು ಐಥಿಯೋಪ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಂಕಟವಾಗುವದು; ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಜನಸಮೂ ಹವು ಒಯ್ಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು ಅದರ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವು ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಳಾಗುವದು.

A sword shall come on Egypt, and anguish shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt; and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.
5
ಐಥಿಯೋಪ್ಯ, ಲಿಬಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಡಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಿಶ್ರಜನರೂ ಕೂಬ್ಯರೂ ಮಿತ್ರರಾಜ್ಯ ದವರೂ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹತರಾಗುವರು.

Ethiopia, and Put, and Lud, and all the mixed people, and Cub, and the children of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.

ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಆಧಾರ ವಾದವರು ಬೀಳುವರು. ಅದರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಮದವು ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗುವದು. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನರು ಮಿಗ್ದೋಲಿ ನಿಂದ ಸೆವೇನೆಯ ಗೋಪುರ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹತರಾಗುವರು ಎಂದು ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Thus says Yahweh: They also who uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Seveneh shall they fall in it by the sword, says the Lord Yahweh.
7
ಆಗ ಅವರು ಹಾಳಾಗಿರುವ ದೇಶಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಳಾಗುವರು. ಅದರ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗಳು ಹಾಳಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವು.

They shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate; and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
8
ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಾಶವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವದು.

They shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have set a fire in Egypt, and all her helpers are destroyed.
9
ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂತರು ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಹಡಗುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿಂತರಾದ ಐಥಿಯೋಪ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹೆದರಿಸುವರು; ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಹಾಗೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊಡ್ಡಬಾಧೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವದು; ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಬಂತು.

In that day shall messengers go forth from before me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid; and there shall be anguish on them, as in the day of Egypt; for, behold, it comes.
10
ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಜನಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಕೊನೆಗಾಣಿಸುವೆನು.

Thus says the Lord Yahweh: I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease, by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

ಆ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅತಿಭಯಂಕರ ಜನಾಂಗದವರಾದ ಅವನೊಡನೆ ಬರ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕತ್ತಿ ಹಿರಿದು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹತವಾದವುಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿ ಸುವರು.

He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought in to destroy the land; and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.
12
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ನದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಣಗಿಸಿ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಕೈಗೆ ಮಾರಿಬಿಡುವೆನು; ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಅನ್ಯರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಕರ್ತನಾದ ನಾನೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

I will make the rivers dry, and will sell the land into the hand of evil men; and I will make the land desolate, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I, Yahweh, have spoken it.
13
ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾನು ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿ ಬೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಫಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆನು; ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಭುವು ಇನ್ನು ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Thus says the Lord Yahweh: I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause the images to cease from Memphis; and there shall be no more a prince from the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.
14
ನಾನು ಪತ್ರೋಸನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಚೋವನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಡುವೆನು, ನೋಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸುವೆನು.

I will make Pathros desolate, and will set a fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments on No.
15
ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಕೋಟೆಯಾದ ಸೀನಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ರೋಷಾಗ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ನೋಪುರದ ಜನಸಮೂಹಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಬಿಡು ವೆನು.

I will pour my wrath on Sin, the stronghold of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.
16
ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿಚ್ಚನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸೀನ್‌ ಪ್ರಾಣಸಂಕಟಪಡುವದು, ನೋಪುರವು ಭಾಗಭಾಗ ವಾಗಿ ಸೀಳಲ್ಪಡುವದು, ನೋಫಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನವೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಇರುವದು.

I will set a fire in Egypt: Sin shall be in great anguish, and No shall be broken up; and Memphis shall have adversaries in the day-time.
17
ಆವೇನಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಪೀಬೆಸೆತಿನ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾಯುವರು; ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವವು,
17
The young men of Aven and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword; and these cities shall go into captivity.
18
ತಹಪನೇಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ನೊಗ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುವಾಗ ಹಗಲು ಕತ್ತಲಾಗುವದು. ಅದರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಮದವು ಅಡಗಿ ಹೋಗುವದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಮೇಘವು ಮುಚ್ಚುವದು. ಅದರ ಕುಮಾರಿ ಯರು ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವರು.

At Tehaphnehes also the day shall withdraw itself, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt, and the pride of her power shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.
19
ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸುವೆನು, ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವದು.

Thus will I execute judgments on Egypt; and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
20
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹನ್ನೊಂದನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ, ಏಳನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಯಿತಂದರೆ, ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ --

It happened in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
21
ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ತೋಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ವಾಸಿಯಾಗುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಬಿಗಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, behold, it has not been bound up, to apply healing medicines, to put a bandage to bind it, that it be strong to hold the sword.
22
ಆದ ದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ --ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಬಲವುಳ್ಳದ್ದೂ ಮುರಿದದ್ದೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅವನ ತೋಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿ ಯುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong arm, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
23
ಐಗುಪ್ತರನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚದರಿಸಿ ದೇಶಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹರಡುವೆನು.

I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
24
ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನ ತೋಳು ಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವೆನು; ಅವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನಿಡುವೆನು; ಫರೋಹನ ತೋಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುವೆನು, ಅವನು ಗಾಯದಿಂದ ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನ ಮುಂದೆ ನರಳಾಡುವನು.

I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break the arms of Pharaoh, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.
25
ನಾನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನ ತೋಳುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಲ ಕೊಡುವೆನು, ಫರೋಹನ ತೋಳುಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುವವು; ಯಾವಾಗ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನ ಕೈಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಚಾಚುವೆನೋ ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವದು.ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತರನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಚದರಿಸಿ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡಿಸು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವದು.

I will hold up the arms of the king of Babylon; and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out on the land of Egypt.
26
ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತರನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಚದರಿಸಿ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡಿಸು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವದು.

I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries; and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
