ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಮೋವಾಬು ಮತ್ತು ಸೇಯಾರು--ಇಗೋ, ಯೆಹೂ ದನ ಮನೆಯು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಹಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.
