1ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ
1The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
2ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹೃದಯಗ ಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು --ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ;
2Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who prophesy, and say you to those who prophesy out of their own heart, Hear you the word of Yahweh:
3ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಯಾವ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರವೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಸ್ವಬುದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನೇ ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಓ ಮೂರ್ಖ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೇ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಯ್ಯೋ!
3Thus says the Lord Yahweh, Woe to the foolish prophets, who follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!
4ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ನಿರ್ಜನ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನರಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.
4Israel, your prophets have been like foxes in the waste places.
5ಕರ್ತನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಬೇಲಿ ಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀವು ಪೌಳಿಯ ಒಡಕುಗಳನ್ನೇರ ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
5You have not gone up into the gaps, neither built up the wall for the house of Israel, to stand in the battle in the day of Yahweh.
6ಅವರು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ವಾದದ್ದನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ; ತಾವು ನುಡಿದ ಮಾತು ಬೇರೆಯವರು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
6They have seen falsehood and lying divination, who say, Yahweh says; but Yahweh has not sent them: and they have made men to hope that the word would be confirmed.
7ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರುವಿ ರಲ್ಲಾ. ಸುಳ್ಳಾದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಲ್ಲಾ. ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ--ಕರ್ತನೇ ಹೇಳಿದನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಿರಲ್ಲಾ.
7Haven't you seen a false vision, and haven't you spoken a lying divination, in that you say, Yahweh says; but I have not spoken?
8ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ನೀವು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ಸುಳ್ಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿರುವೆನೆಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
8Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have spoken falsehood, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, says the Lord Yahweh.
9ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ದರ್ಶಿಸಿ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಭವಿಷ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ ಮನೆತನದವರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ನಾನೇ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
9My hand shall be against the prophets who see false visions, and who divine lies: they shall not be in the council of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and you shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh.
10ಸಮಾಧಾನ ವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವಾಗ ಅವರು ಸಮಾಧಾನವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರಿಂ ದಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇಗೋ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಣ್ಣ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ
10Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there is no peace; and when one builds up a wall, behold, they daub it with whitewash:
11ಸುಣ್ಣ ಹಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವವನಿಗೆ--ಅದು ಬೀಳುವದೆಂದು ಹೇಳು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಪರೀತ ಮಳೆ ಬರುವದು ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಲ್ಮಳೆಯು ಬೀಳುವದು; ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಸೀಳಿಬಿಡುವದು.
11tell those who daub it with whitewash, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and you , great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall tear it.
12ಇಗೋ, ಗೋಡೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋದಮೇಲೆ--ನೀವು ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಸುಣ್ಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವರಲ್ಲಾ?
12Behold, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said to you, Where is the daubing with which you have daubed it?
13ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಅದನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸೀಳಿಬಿಡುವೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಪಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ವಿಪರೀತ ಮಳೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಉರಿಯಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಮಳೆಯ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳೂ ಸುರಿಯುವವು;
13Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: I will even tear it with a stormy wind in my wrath; and there shall be an overflowing shower in my anger, and great hailstones in wrath to consume it.
14ನೀವು ಸುಣ್ಣ ಬಳಿದ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಈಗ ಕೆಡವಿ ನೆಲಸಮ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದರ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರ ವನ್ನು ಕಾಣದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅದು ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುವದು, ನೀವು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡು ವಿರಿ. ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದು ಬರುವದು.
14So will I break down the wall that you have daubed with whitewash, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation of it shall be uncovered; and it shall fall, and you shall be consumed in the midst of it: and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
15ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಗೋಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಣ್ಣ ಬಳಿದವರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರೋಷವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನು ಗೋಡೆಯಾದರೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಣ್ಣ ಹಚ್ಚಿದವರಾದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು
15Thus will I accomplish my wrath on the wall, and on those who have daubed it with whitewash; and I will tell you, The wall is no more, neither those who daubed it;
16ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ವಿಷಯ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ನಿಮಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
16to wit, the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, says the Lord Yahweh.
17ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆ ಯರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ನೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಎಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--
17You, son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people, who prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy you against them,
18ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೊಣಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ದಿಂಡು ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಲಿದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಎತ್ತರದ ತಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅಯ್ಯೋ! ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡುವಿರೋ? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸುವಿರೋ?
18and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Woe to the women who sew pillows on all elbows, and make kerchiefs for the head of persons of every stature to hunt souls! Will you hunt the souls of my people, and save souls alive for yourselves?
19ಸುಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುವ ನನ್ನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿ, ಸಾಯದಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸಾಯುವವರನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸಿ, ಒಂದು ಹಿಡಿ ಬಾರ್ಲಿಗೂ ತುಂಡು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಅಪವಿತ್ರಪಡಿಸುವಿರೋ?
19You have profaned me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to kill the souls who should not die, and to save the souls alive who should not live, by your lying to my people who listen to lies.
20ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬೇಟೆಯಾ ಡುವ ದಂಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತೋಳುಗಳಿಂದ ಹರಿದುಬಿಡುವೆನು. ನೀವು ಹಾರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
20Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against your pillows, with which you there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms; and I will let the souls go, even the souls who you hunt to make them fly.
21ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಿದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗೆ ಬೇಟೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕು ವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
21Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
22ನಾನು ಯಾವನನ್ನು ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಆ ನೀತಿವಂತನ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡಿ ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಿ ದ್ದೀರಿ; ದುಷ್ಟನು ತನ್ನ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ನೀವು ಅವನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣು ವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
22Because with lies you have grieved the heart of the righteous, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, and be saved alive:
23ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣು ವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು; ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
23Therefore you shall no more see false visions, nor practice divination. I will deliver my people out of your hand; and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
