ಕನ್ನಡ ಬೈಬಲ್
ಆದರೆ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯ ರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನದಿಯ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಲಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ನದಿಯ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಅಗೆದರು.ಕರ್ತನು ನದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳು ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾದವು.

All the Egyptians dug round about the river for water to drink; for they couldn't drink of the water of the river.
