1ದೇವರ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲನಾದ ಪೌಲನು ಎಫೆಸ ದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರಿಗೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಿಗೂ--
1Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, To the saints who are at Ephesus, and the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದೇವ ರಿಂದಲೂ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯೂ ಶಾಂತಿಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ.
2Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ದೇವರೂ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವಾತನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ. ಆತನು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಕಲ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಗಳನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ;
4ನಾವು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಆತನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರೂ ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಗಳೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆತನು ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರ ಹಾಕುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ನಮ್ಮನು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ) ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
4even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love;
5ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತದ ದಯಾ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾದ ಆನಂದಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದತ್ತುಪುತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮೊದಲೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ.
5having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,
6ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪಾಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಸ್ತುತಿಗಾಗಿ ಆತನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆ ಪ್ರಿಯನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
6to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely bestowed favor on us in the Beloved,
7ಆತನ ಕೃಪಾ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯ ಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಆತನ ರಕ್ತದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯು ಅಂದರೆ ಪಾಪಗಳ ಕ್ಷಮಾ ಪಣೆಯು ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.
7in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
8ಹೀಗೆ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪಾತಿಶಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಲ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ಬುದ್ದಿಯನ್ನೂ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
8which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,
9ಆತನು ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆನಂದಪೂರ್ವಕವಾದ ತನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತದ ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದನು.
9making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him
10ಅದೇನಂದರೆ ಕಾಲವು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವವುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಭೂ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವವುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಆತನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಒಂದುಗೂಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದನು.
10to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, in him;
11ಆತನ ಸ್ವಚಿತ್ತದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಆತನ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲೇ ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಾದ ನಾವು ಆತನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹೊಂದಿದೆವು.
11in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;
12ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವಂತೆ ಆತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಮೊದಲು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟೆವು.
12to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ:
13ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯೆಂಬ ಸತ್ಯ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟವರಾದ ನೀವು ಸಹ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನೆಂಬ ಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದಿರಿ.
13in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation,�in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
14ಆತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಸ್ತುತಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯದವರಿಗೆ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯಾ ಗುವ ತನಕ ಆತನು (ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು) ನಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಸಂಚಕಾರನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
14who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
15ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ವಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರೆಲ್ಲರ ಕಡೆಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಯೂ ಕೇಳಿ
15For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints,
16ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ವಾಗಿ ಎಡೆಬಿಡದೆ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
16don't cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
17ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ದೇವರೂ ಪ್ರಭಾವಪೂರ್ಣನಾದ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವಾತನು ತನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಪ್ರಕಟನೆಗಳ ಆತ್ಮ ವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸುವಂತೆಯೂ
17that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;
18ಆತನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನೋನೇತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿ ಆತನ ಕರೆಯು ವಿಕೆಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಎಂಥದೆಂಬದನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆತನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯದ ಮಹಿಮಾತಿಶಯವು ಎಂಥದೆಂಬದನ್ನೂ
18having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19ನಂಬುವವರಾದ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಅತಿಶಯವಾದ ದ್ದೆಂಬದನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಬಲಾತಿಶಯವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ದ್ದೆಂಬದನ್ನೂ ನೀವು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳು ವಂತೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿ.
19and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might
20ಬಲಾತಿಶಯವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಬಂದಿದೆ; ಹೇಗಂ ದರೆ ದೇವರು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ
20which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,
21ಸಕಲ ರಾಜತ್ವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮಹತ್ವ ಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಾಧಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಬರುವ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಹೆಸರುಗೊಂಡವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪರಲೊಕದೊಳಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಲಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೂಡ್ರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
21far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.
22ದೇವರು ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಪಾದಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರಿಸಿ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಶಿರಸ್ಸಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.ಸಭೆಯು ಆತನ ದೇಹವಾಗಿದೆ; ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸುವಾತನಿಂದ ಅದು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ದಾಗಿದೆ.
22He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly,
23ಸಭೆಯು ಆತನ ದೇಹವಾಗಿದೆ; ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸುವಾತನಿಂದ ಅದು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ದಾಗಿದೆ.
23which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
