1ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
1Moses went and spoke these words to all Israel.
2ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನೂರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ಇನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಬರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಶಕ್ತನಲ್ಲ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ನೀನು ಈ ಯೊರ್ದನನ್ನು ದಾಟುವದಿ ಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
2He said to them, I am one hundred twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: and Yahweh has said to me, You shall not go over this Jordan.
3ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವನು. ಆತನು ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವನು; ನೀನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ; ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವನು.
3Yahweh your God, he will go over before you; he will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before you, as Yahweh has spoken.
4ಕರ್ತನು ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನನಿಗೂ ಓಗನಿಗೂ ಆತನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದ ಅವರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೂ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವನು.
4Yahweh will do to them as he did to Sihon and to Og, the kings of the Amorites, and to their land; whom he destroyed.
5ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವಹಾಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಬಿಡುವನು.
5Yahweh will deliver them up before you, and you shall do to them according to all the commandment which I have commanded you.
6ಬಲವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ; ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ; ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಬೇಡಿರಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ವಿಸರ್ಜಿಸುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
6Be strong and of good courage, don't be afraid, nor be scared of them: for Yahweh your God, he it is who does go with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you.
7ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯೆಹೋಶುವನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಬಲ ವಾಗಿರು; ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಜನರ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋಗಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರ ಬೇಕು; ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡ ಬೇಕು.
7Moses called to Joshua, and said to him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of good courage: for you shall go with this people into the land which Yahweh has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.
8ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆತನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವನು; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ವಿಸರ್ಜಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ; ಅಂಜಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
8Yahweh, he it is who does go before you; he will be with you, he will not fail you, neither forsake you: don't be afraid, neither be dismayed.
9ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಹೊರುವಂಥ ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾರರಾದ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.
9Moses wrote this law, and delivered it to the priests the sons of Levi, who bore the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, and to all the elders of Israel.
10ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಪ್ರತಿ ಏಳು ವರುಷಗಳ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂದರೆ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ
10Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years, in the set time of the year of release, in the feast of tents,
11ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಆತನು ಆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ನೀನು ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರು ಕೇಳುವಹಾಗೆ ಓದಬೇಕು.
11when all Israel is come to appear before Yahweh your God in the place which he shall choose, you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
12ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಅಂದರೆ ಗಂಡಸರನ್ನೂ ಹೆಂಗಸರನ್ನೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಕೇಳಿ ಕಲಿತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೂಡಿಸು.
12Assemble the people, the men and the women and the little ones, and your foreigner who is within your gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear Yahweh your God, and observe to do all the words of this law;
13ತಿಳಿಯದಿರುವ ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಹ ಕೇಳಿ ನೀವು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೊರ್ದನನ್ನು ದಾಟುವ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಬದುಕುವ ದಿವಸಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
13and that their children, who have not known, may hear, and learn to fear Yahweh your God, as long as you live in the land where you go over the Jordan to possess it.
14ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ಸಾಯುವ ದಿನಗಳು ಸವಿಾಪವಾದವು. ಯೆಹೋಶುವ ನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ನೀವು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಆಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡರು.
14Yahweh said to Moses, Behold, your days approach that you must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tent of meeting, that I may give him a charge. Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the tent of meeting.
15ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಮೇಘಸ್ತಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡನು; ಆ ಮೇಘಸ್ತಂಭವು ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತಿತು.
15Yahweh appeared in the Tent in a pillar of cloud: and the pillar of cloud stood over the door of the Tent.
16ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗುವಿ; ಈ ಜನರು ಎದ್ದು ತಾವು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ದೇಶದ ಅನ್ಯದೇವರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಜಾರತ್ವಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ನಾನು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಾರುವರು.
16Yahweh said to Moses, Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers; and this people will rise up, and play the prostitute after the strange gods of the land, where they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.
17ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಉರಿಯು ವದು. ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡುವೆನು; (ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು) ಅವ ರನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿ ಬಿಡುವರು; ಬಹಳ ಕೇಡುಗಳೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಗಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವವು; ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು--ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಈ ಕೇಡುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದವಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.
17Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day, Haven't these evils come on us because our God is not among us?
18ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ಅನ್ಯದೇವರುಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಮರೆಮಾಡುವೆನು.
18I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evil which they shall have worked, in that they are turned to other gods.
19ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಈಗ ಈ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಾಡು ನನಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾ ಗಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರ ಬಾಯಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡು.
19Now therefore write you this song for you, and teach you it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.
20ನಾನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದಂಥ ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವಂಥ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತರಲಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಿಂದು ತೃಪ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಬ್ಬಿದವ ರಾದಾಗ ಅವರು ಅನ್ಯದೇವರುಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿ ನನಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಾರುವರು.
20For when I shall have brought them into the land which I swore to their fathers, flowing with milk and honey, and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and grown fat; then will they turn to other gods, and serve them, and despise me, and break my covenant.
21ಅನಂತರ ಬಹಳ ಕೇಡುಗಳೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸು ವಾಗ ಈ ಹಾಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವದು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಅವರ ಸಂತತಿಯ ಬಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮರೆತುಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಾನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅವರು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡುವ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.
21It shall happen, when many evils and troubles are come on them, that this song shall testify before them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they frame this day, before I have brought them into the land which I swore.
22ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮೋಶೆ ಅದೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿದನು.
22So Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children of Israel.
23ಆತನು ನೂನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞೆಕೊಟ್ಟು--ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ತರುವಿ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
23He gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of good courage; for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them: and I will be with you.
24ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೋಶೆ ಈ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ಮುಗಿಸಿದಾಗ
24It happened, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished,
25ಮೋಶೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಹೊರುವ ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ--
25that Moses commanded the Levites, who bore the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, saying,
26ನ್ಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಈ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಒಂದು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಿರಿ; ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ.
26Take this book of the law, and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of Yahweh your God, that it may be there for a witness against you.
27ನಿನ್ನ ದ್ರೋಹವನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗದ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಇಗೋ, ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಬದುಕಿರು ವಾಗಲೇ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹಮಾಡಿದವರಾದಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಇನ್ನೇನ್ನಾಗುವದು?
27For I know your rebellion, and your stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, you have been rebellious against Yahweh; and how much more after my death?
28ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಿಸಿರಿ; ಆಗ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಕೇಳುವಹಾಗೆ ಆಡುವೆನು; ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನೂ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗೆ ಕರೆಯುವೆನು.
28Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to witness against them.
29ನಾನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀವು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೆಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿ ಹೋಗುವಿರೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ನೀವು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಕಾರಣ ಕಡೇ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೇಡುಸಂಭವಿಸುವದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಕೇಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಈ ಹಾಡಿನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದನು.
29For I know that after my death you will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will happen to you in the latter days; because you will do that which is evil in the sight of Yahweh, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.
30ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಕೇಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಈ ಹಾಡಿನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದನು.
30Moses spoke in the ears of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song, until they were finished.
