1ಹೀಗೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸ ನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
1King Solomon was king over all Israel.
2ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದ ಪ್ರಧಾನರು ಯಾರಂದರೆ, ಚಾದೋಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಜರ್ಯನು ಯಾಜಕನು;
2These were the princes whom he had: Azariah the son of Zadok, the priest;
3ಶೀಷನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಎಲೀಹೊರೇಫನೂ ಅಹೀ ಯಾಹು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳು;
3Elihoreph and Ahijah, the sons of Shisha, scribes; Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud, the recorder;
4ಅಹೀಲೂದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಷಾಫಾಟನು ಲೇಖಕನು. ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾ ವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬೆನಾಯನು ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು; ಚಾದೋಕನೂ ಎಬ್ಯಾತಾರನೂ ಯಾಜಕರು.
4and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the host; and Zadok and Abiathar were priests;
5ನಾತಾ ನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಜರ್ಯನು ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾ ರಕನು; ನಾತಾನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜಾಬೂದನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸ್ಥನೂ ಅರಸನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದನು.
5and Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers; and Zabud the son of Nathan was chief minister, and the king's friend;
6ಅಹೀಷಾ ರನು ಮನೆಯ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನು; ಅಬ್ದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅದೋನೀರಾಮನು ಕಂದಾಯದ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನು.
6and Ahishar was over the household; and Adoniram the son of Abda was over the men subject to forced labor.
7ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಮನೆಗೂ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೊಸ್ಕರ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳಿದ್ದರು. ಅವನವನು ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ವಂತಿನ ತಿಂಗಳು ಬಂದಾಗ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ದನು.
7Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided food for the king and his household: each man had to make provision for a month in the year.
8ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳೇನಂದರೆ, ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮಿನ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂರನ ಮಗನು;
8These are their names: Ben Hur, in the hill-country of Ephraim;
9ಮಾಕಚ್‌, ಶಾಲ್ಬೀಮ್‌, ಬೇತ್‌ಷೆಮೆಷ್‌,
9Ben Deker, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Beth-shemesh, and Elon Beth Hanan;
10ಏಲೋನ್‌, ಬೆತ್‌ಹಾನಾನ್‌, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೆಕೆರ ಮಗನು.
10Ben Hesed, in Arubboth (to him pertained Socoh, and all the land of Hepher);
11ಅರುಬ್ಬೋತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸದನ ಮಗನು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸೋಕೋಹೇಫೆರ್‌ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದೇಶವೂ ಇದ್ದವು. ದೋರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬೀನಾದಾಬನ ಮಗನು, ಇವನಿಗೆ ಸೊಲೊಮೋ ನನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಟಾಫತಳು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಳು.
11Ben Abinadab, in all the height of Dor (he had Taphath the daughter of Solomon as wife);
12ತಾಣಕವು ಮೆಗಿದ್ದೋನು ಎಂಬವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹೀ ಲೂದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾಣನು, ಅವನಿಗೆ ಚಾರೆತಾನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಜ್ರೇಲಿನ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಬೇತ್‌ಷೆ ಯಾನ್‌; ಬೇತ್‌ಷೆಯಾನ್‌ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಅಬೇಲ್‌ ಮೆಹೋಲವನ್ನು ಹಾದು ಯೊಕ್ಮೆಯಾನಿನ ಆಚೆ ವರೆಗೂ ಇತ್ತು.
12Baana the son of Ahilud, in Taanach and Megiddo, and all Beth-shean which is beside Zarethan, beneath Jezreel, from Beth-shean to Abel Meholah, as far as beyond Jokmeam;
13ರಾಮೋತು ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗೇಬೆರ್‌ನ ಮಗನು, ಅವನಿಗೆ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಯಾರನ ಊರುಗಳೂ ಬಾಷಾನಿ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರ್ಗೋಬು ದೇಶವೂ ಇತ್ತು; ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆಯ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳೂ ಗೋಡೆಗಳೂ ಉಳ್ಳ ಅರುವತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿದ್ದವು.
13Ben Geber, in Ramoth-gilead (to him pertained the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which are in Gilead; even to him pertained the region of Argob, which is in Bashan, sixty great cities with walls and brazen bars);
14ಮಹನಯಿಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಹೀನಾದಾಬನು.
14Ahinadab the son of Iddo, in Mahanaim;
15ನಫ್ತಾಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹೀಮಾಚನು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಬಾಸೆಮತಳು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಳು.
15Ahimaaz, in Naphtali (he also took Basemath the daughter of Solomon as wife);
16ಆಶೇರನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಲೋತಿ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೂಷೈಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾಣನು;
16Baana the son of Hushai, in Asher and Bealoth;
17ಇಸ್ಸಕಾರನಲ್ಲಿ ಫಾರೂಹನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಷಾಫಾಟನು;
17Jehoshaphat the son of Paruah, in Issachar;
18ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಶಿವ್ಮೆಾಯು.
18Shimei the son of Ela, in Benjamin;
19ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದಿನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಮೋ ರಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಓಗನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಉರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗೆಬೆರ್‌ನು, ಅವನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಆ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
19Geber the son of Uri, in the land of Gilead, the country of Sihon king of the Amorites and of Og king of Bashan; and he was the only officer who was in the land.
20ಯೆಹೂದ ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾ ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮರಳಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
20Judah and Israel were many as the sand which is by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking and making merry.
21ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ನದಿ ಮೊದಲು ಗೊಂಡು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹಾದು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಮೇರೆಯ ವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳವರು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಜೀವಿಸಿರುವ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು.
21Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the River to the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt: they brought tribute, and served Solomon all the days of his life.
22ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಭೋಜನ ವೇನಂದರೆ--ನಯವಾದ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಮೂವತ್ತು ಅಳತೆ, ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಅರವತ್ತು ಅಳತೆ,
22Solomon's provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour, and sixty measures of meal,
23ಹತ್ತು ಕೊಬ್ಬಿದ ಎತ್ತುಗಳು, ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮೇಯುವ ಎತ್ತುಗಳು, ನೂರು ಕುರಿಗಳು; ಇವುಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ದುಪ್ಪಿಗಳೂ ಜಿಂಕೆಗಳೂ ಕೆಂದ ಜಿಂಕೆಗಳೂ ಕೊಬ್ಬಿದ ಕೋಳಿಗಳೂ
23ten fat oxen, and twenty oxen out of the pastures, and one hundred sheep, besides harts, and gazelles, and roebucks, and fattened fowl.
24ನದಿಯ ಈಚೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಫ್ಸಹು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಗಾಜದ ವರೆಗೂ ನದಿಯ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅರಸುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸುತ್ತಲಿ ರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
24For he had dominion over all the region on this side the River, from Tiphsah even to Gaza, over all the kings on this side the River: and he had peace on all sides round about him.
25ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ದಾನ್‌ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಬೇರ್ಷೆಬದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದ ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೆಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನು ಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಗಿಡದ ಕೆಳಗೂ ತನ್ನ ಅಂಜೂರ ಗಿಡದ ಕೆಳಗೂ ಭರವಸದಿಂದ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
25Judah and Israel lived safely, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.
26ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ರಥಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಜೋಡಿ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರಾಹುತರೂ ಇದ್ದರು.
26Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
27ಆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ವಂತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಮೇಜಿಗೆ ಬರುವವ ರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಆಹಾರ ಪದಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡು ತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಯಾವದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗ ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
27Those officers provided food for king Solomon, and for all who came to king Solomon's table, every man in his month; they let nothing be lacking.
28ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ವಂತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕುದುರೆಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸವಾರಿ ಒಂಟೆಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಜವೆಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನೂ ತಂದನು.
28Barley also and straw for the horses and swift steeds brought they to the place where the officers were, every man according to his charge.
29ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇವರು ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನಿಗೆ ಸಮುದ್ರ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮರಳಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿವೇಕಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮನೋವಿಶಾಲ ತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
29God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and very great understanding, even as the sand that is on the sea-shore.
30ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಮೂಡಣ ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
30Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east, and all the wisdom of Egypt.
31ಎಜ್ರಾಹಿಯಾದ ಎತಾನನು, ಮಹೋಲನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಹೆಮಾನನು, ಕಲ್ಕೋಲನು, ದರ್ದಾವನು ಮೊದಲಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನ ರಿಗಿಂತ ಅವನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಸಕಲ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಇತ್ತು.
31For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all the nations round about.
32ಅವನು ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರ ಸಾಮತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು; ಅವನ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಸಾವಿರದ ಐದು.
32He spoke three thousand proverbs; and his songs were one thousand five.
33ಅವನು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಹಿಸ್ಸೋಪಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೃಗ ಪಕ್ಷಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಾನುಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ಹೇಳಿದನು.ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಕೇಳಿದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅರಸರ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಗಳು ಅವನ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಬಂದರು.
33He spoke of trees, from the cedar that is in Lebanon even to the hyssop that springs out of the wall; he spoke also of animals, and of birds, and of creeping things, and of fish.
34ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಕೇಳಿದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅರಸರ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಗಳು ಅವನ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಬಂದರು.
34There came of all peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.
