1ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ನಾನಂತೂ ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ನಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಾರದೆ ಪ್ರಾಪಂಚಿಕರೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಳೆಕೂಸುಗಳೂ ಆಗಿರುವಂಥವರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾಯಿತು.
1Brothers, I couldn't speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly, as to babies in Christ.
2ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಾಲು ಕುಡಿಸಿದೆನು, ಅನ್ನ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅನ್ನ ತಿನು ್ನವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಈಗಲಾದರೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ;
2I fed you with milk, not with meat; for you weren't yet ready. Indeed, not even now are you ready,
3ನೀವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಾಪಂಚಿಕರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇಕಿಚ್ಚು, ಜಗಳ, ಭೇದಗಳು ಇರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಪ್ರಾಪಂಚಿಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತೀರಲ್ಲವೇ?
3for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren't you fleshly, and don't you walk in the ways of men?
4ಒಬ್ಬನು--ನಾನು ಪೌಲನ ವನೆಂದೂ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು--ನಾನು ಅಪೊಲ್ಲೋಸನ ವನೆಂದೂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ನೀವು ಪ್ರಾಪಂಚಿಕ ರಲ್ಲವೇ?
4For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," aren't you fleshly?
5ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಪೌಲನು ಯಾರು? ಅಪೊಲ್ಲೋಸನು ಯಾರು? ಅವರು ಸೇವಕರು, ಅವರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನೀವು ನಂಬುವವರಾದಿರಿ; ಕರ್ತನು ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರು ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವವ ರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
5Who then is Apollos, and who is Paul, but servants through whom you believed; and each as the Lord gave to him?
6ನಾನು ಸಸಿಯನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟೆನು, ಅಪೊಲ್ಲೋ ಸನು ನೀರು ಹೊಯಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಬೆಳೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಾತನು ದೇವರು.
6I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase.
7ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ನೆಡುವವ ನಾಗಲಿ ನೀರು ಹೊಯ್ಯುವವನಾಗಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾ ದವನಲ್ಲ, ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ದೇವರೇ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದವನು.
7So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
8ನೆಡುವವನೂ ನೀರು ಹೊಯ್ಯುವವನೂ ಒಂದೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದರೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಅವನವನ ಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಹಾಗೆ ಕೂಲಿಯು ದೊರೆಯುವದು.
8Now he who plants and he who waters are the same, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.
9ನಾವು ದೇವರ ಜೊತೆ ಕೆಲಸದವರು; ನೀವು ದೇವರ ಹೊಲವೂ ದೇವರ ಕಟ್ಟಡವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
9For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's farming, God's building.
10ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಾನು ಪ್ರವೀಣಶಿಲ್ಪಿಯಂತೆ ಆಸ್ತಿವಾರ ಹಾಕಿದೆನು. ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತಾನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾನೋ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
10According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But let each man be careful how he builds on it.
11ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವು ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೇ; ಆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಹಾಕಲಾರರಷ್ಟೆ.
11For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12ಈ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿನ್ನ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳು ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲು ಆಪು ಇವುಗಳಲಿ
12But if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or stubble;
13ಯಾವದರಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೂ ಅವನವನ ಕೆಲಸವು ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗುವದು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆ ದಿನವು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯೊಡನೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಆ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತೋರಿಸುವದು; ಅವನವನ ಕೆಲಸವೆಂಥದೋ ಆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಶೋಧಿಸುವದು.
13each man's work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man's work is.
14ಒಬ್ಬನು ಆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಉಳಿದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ದೊರೆಯುವದು;
14If any man's work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward.
15ಒಬ್ಬನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹೋದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುವದು; ತಾನಾದರೋ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವನು. ಆದರೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡವನ ಹಾಗಿರುವನು.
15If any man's work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.
16ನೀವು ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವಾಗಿದ್ದೀರೆಂದೂ ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆಂದೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
16Don't you know that you are a temple of God, and that God's Spirit lives in you?
17ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಲೆಮಾಡಿದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದದ್ದು, ಆ ಆಲಯವು ನೀವೇ.
17If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, which you are.
18ಯಾವನೂ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ಮೋಸಗೊಳಿಸ ದಿರಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಈ ಲೋಕ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾಗಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹುಚ್ಚನಾಗಲಿ.
18Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.
19ಇಹಲೋಕಜ್ಞಾನವು ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹುಚ್ಚುತನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ--ಆತನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಸ್ವಂತತಂತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹಿಡು ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆಂತಲೂ
19For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He has taken the wise in their craftiness."
20ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು ನಿಷ್ಪಲವಾದವುಗಳೆಂದೂ ಕರ್ತನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಬರೆದದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ;
20And again, "The Lord knows the reasoning of the wise, that it is worthless."
21ಆದಕಾರಣ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಮಾತ್ರದವರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಹಿಗ್ಗದಿರಲಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮದು;
21Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours,
22ಪೌಲನಾಗಲಿ ಅಪೊಲ್ಲೋಸನಾಗಲಿ ಕೇಫನಾಗಲಿ ಲೋಕವಾಗಲಿ ಜೀವವಾಗಲಿ ಮರಣವಾಗಲಿ ಈಗಿನ ಸಂಗತಿ ಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಮುಂದಣ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳಾಗಲೀ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮವೇ;ನೀವಂತೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನವರು, ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ದೇವರವನು.
22whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come. All are yours,
23ನೀವಂತೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನವರು, ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ದೇವರವನು.
23and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
