ಆದರೆ ಅರಸನ ಮಾತು ಯೋವಾಬನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಜಯಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಆಗ ಯೋವಾಬನು ಹೊರಟು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಜನರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಲೆಕ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
World English Bible
Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Therefore Joab departed, and went throughout all Israel, and came to Jerusalem.
