1हे परमेश्वर हम तेरा धन्यवाद करते, हम तेरा नाम धन्यवाद करते हैं; क्योंकि तेरा नाम प्रगट हुआ है, तेरे आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन हो रहा है।।
1For the Chief Musician. To the tune of "Do Not Destroy." A Psalm by Asaph. A song. We give thanks to you, God, We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.
2जब ठीक समय आएगा तब मैं आप ही ठीक ठीक न्याय करूंगा।
2When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.
3पृथ्वी अपने सब रहनेवालों समेत गल रही है, मैं ने उसके खम्भों को स्थिर कर दिया है।
3The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.
4मैं ने घमंडियों से कहा, घमंड मत करो, और दुष्टों से, कि सींग ऊंचा मत करो;
4I said to the arrogant, "Don't boast;" To the wicked, "Don't lift up the horn.
5अपना सींग बहुत ऊंचा मत करो, न सिर उठाकर ढिठाई की बात बोलो।।
5Don't lift up your horn on high. Don't speak with a stiff neck."
6क्योंकि बढ़ती न तो पूरब से न पच्छिम से, और न जंगल की ओर से आती है;
6For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
7परन्तु परमेश्वर ही न्यायी है, वह एक को घटाता और दूसरे को बढ़ाता है।
7But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.
8यहोवा के हाथ में एक कटोरा है, जिस में का दाखमधु झागवाला है; उस में मसाला मिला है, और वह उस में से उंडेलता है, निश्चय उसकी तलछट तक पृथ्वी के सब दृष्ट लोग पी जाएंगे।।
8For in the hand of Yahweh there is a cup, Full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.
9परन्तु मैं तो सदा प्रचार करता रहूंगा, मैं याकूब के परमेश्वर का भजन गांऊगा।
9But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10दुष्टों के सब सींगों को मैं काट डालूंगा, परन्तु धर्मी के सींग ऊंचे किए जाएंगे।
10I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, But the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
