तब उस ने मुझ से कहा, हे मनुष्य के सन्तान, क्या तू देखता है कि ये लोग क्या कर रहे हैं? इस्राएल का घराना क्या ही बड़े घृणित काम यहां करता है, ताकि मैं अपने पवित्रास्थान से दूर हो जाऊं; परन्तु तू इन से भी अधिक घृणित काम देखेगा।

He said to me, Son of man, see you what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel do commit here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but you shall again see yet other great abominations.
