હું યોહાન છું, અને હું ખ્રિસ્તમાં તમારો ભાઈ છું. આપણે ઈસુમા સાથે છીએ, રાજ્યમાં, વિપત્તિમાં તથા ધૈયૅમાં ભાગીદાર, દેવના વચનને લીધે તથા ઈસુની સાક્ષીને લીધે હું પાત્મસટાપુ પર હતો કારણકે હું દેવના વચનમાં અને ઈસુના સત્યમાં વિશ્વાસ ધરાવતો હતો.
