1હે યહોવા, તમને મદદ માટે પ્રાર્થના કરૂં છું. હે મારા ખડક, તમારા કાન બંધ રાખતો નહિ, કારણકે તમે મારા મદદના પોકાર નો જવાબ નહિ આપો તો મારી ગણના કબરમાંના મૃત લોકો જેવી જ થશે.
1By David. To you, Yahweh, I call. My rock, don't be deaf to me; Lest, if you are silent to me, I would become like those who go down into the pit.
2હે યહોવા, મદદ માટેની મારી બૂમો સાંભળો. તમારી પરમપવિત્રસ્થાન તરફ હું હાથ ઊંચા કરું છું; અને તમારી સહાય માટે ખરા મનથી પ્રાર્થના કરું છું.
2Hear the voice of my petitions, when I cry to you, When I lift up my hands toward your Most Holy Place.
3મને દુષ્ટતા કરનારા અને પાપીઓ વચ્ચે ધકેલી ન દેતા. તે કુકમીર્ઓ તેમના પડોશીઓને “સલામ”કરે છે પરંતુ તેઓ તેમની વિરુદ્ધ દુષ્ટતા કરવાની યોજના કરી રહ્યાં છે.
3Don't draw me away with the wicked, With the workers of iniquity who speak peace with their neighbors, But mischief is in their hearts.
4તમે તેમને તેમની દુષ્ટતા પ્રમાણે ફળ આપજો, તેમને તેમની સર્વ દુષ્ટતાનો તમે બદલો વાળી આપજો; જે ભારી શિક્ષાને તેઓ યોગ્ય છે, તમે તેમને તે શિક્ષા કરો.
4Give them according to their work, and according to the wickedness of their doings. Give them according to the operation of their hands. Bring back on them what they deserve.
5તેઓ યહોવાની, તેમના મહાન કમોર્ની અને તેમના હાથનાં કામોની સંપૂર્ણ અવગણના કરે છે; જૂનાં પુરાણાં મકાનની જેમ યહોવા તેઓને તોડી પાડશે અને ફરી કદી સ્થાપિત કરશે નહિ.
5Because they don't regard the works of Yahweh, Nor the operation of his hands, He will break them down and not build them up.
6યહોવાની સ્તુતિ થાઓ, કારણ તેમણે મારા કાલાવાલા સાંભળ્યા છે.
6Blessed be Yahweh, Because he has heard the voice of my petitions.
7યહોવા મારું સાર્મથ્ય અને ભયસ્થાનોમો મારી ઢાલ છે. મારા હૃદયે તેમનો ભરોસો રાખ્યો છે, અને મને તેમની સહાય મળી છે. મારા હૃદયમાં અત્યંત આનંદ થાય છે, તેમની સ્તુતિ ગાઇને હું તેમનો આભાર માનું છુ.
7Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him.
8યહોવા તેમનાં લોકોને મજબૂત બનાવે છે. યહોવા તારણહાર છે, અને તેમના પસંદ કરેલાઓનું સાર્મથ્ય છે.
8Yahweh is their strength. He is a stronghold of salvation to his anointed.
9હે યહોવા, તમારા લોકોનો તમે ઉદ્ધાર કરો, અને તમારા વારસાને આશીર્વાદ આપો. વળી તેઓનું હંમેશા પાલનપોષણ કરી તમારા લોકોને ઊંચકી રાખો.
9Save your people, And bless your inheritance. Be their shepherd also, And bear them up forever.
