ગિબયાહ એ તમાંરામાંના દુષ્ટ માંણસો, જેઓએ આ કર્યુ છે તેઓને અમાંરા હાથમાં સોંપી દેવા જોઈએ એટલે અમે તેમને માંરી નાખીએ અને ઈસ્રાએલમાં કરેલા એ પાપને ભૂસી નાખીએ.”પરંતુ બિન્યામીન કુળસમૂહના લોકોએ પોતાના બીજા ઈસ્રાએલી ભાઈઓનું કહ્યું સાંભળ્યું નહિ.

Now therefore deliver up the men, the base fellows, who are in Gibeah, that we may put them to death, and put away evil from Israel. But Benjamin would not listen to the voice of their brothers the children of Israel.
