પરંતુ ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ હિવ્વીઓને કહ્યું, “તમે કદાચ અમાંરી પડોશમાં જ રહેતા હોવ એમ પણ બને. અને તમે પડોશમાં રહ્યાં હોય તો અમે તમાંરી સાથે સંધિ કેવી રીતે કરી શકીએ?”
