પછી તેઓ ગિલ્ગાલની છાવણીમાં યહોશુઆને મળ્યા અને તેઓએ યહોશુઆ તથા ઇસ્રાએલના લોકોને કહ્યું, “અમે દૂર દેશથી તમાંરી સાથે શાંતિના કરાર કરવાની માંગણી સાથે આવ્યા છીએ.” અમાંરી સાથે સંધિ કરો.”

They went to Joshua to the camp at Gilgal, and said to him, and to the men of Israel, We are come from a far country: now therefore make you a covenant with us.
