1ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ યર્દન નદીના પૂર્વકાંઠાનો સમગ્ર પ્રદેશ-અર્નોનની ખીણથી હેર્મોન પર્વત સુધીનો પ્રદેશ, અરાબાહની સમગ્ર પૂર્વીય બાજુ સાથે કબજે કરી લીધો. ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ પરાસ્ત કરેલા રાજાઓનાં નામ આ મુજબ છે:
1Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel struck, and possessed their land beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise, from the valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon, and all the Arabah eastward:
2હેશ્બોનવાસી અમોરીઓના રાજા સીહોન પાસે આર્નોનની ધારે આવેલા અરોએર અને ખીણનો મધ્યવર્તી પ્રદેશ, અને અર્ધા ગિલયાદ થી છેક આમ્મોનની સરહદ યાબ્બોક નદી સુધીનો પ્રદેશ હતો.
2Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and half Gilead, even to the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;
3તે પૂર્વીય યર્દનની ખીણ પર ગાલીલના સરોવરથી મૃતસરોવર સુધી, બેથ-યશીમોથ સુધીના અને દક્ષિણ તરફ પિસ્ગાહ પર્વતના ઢોળાવ પ્રદેશ સુધી રાજ્ય કરતો હતો.
3and the Arabah to the sea of Chinneroth, eastward, and to the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, eastward, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah:
4બાશાનનો રાજા ઓગ, જે રફાઈઓમાંનો છેલ્લો હતો તે આશ્તારોથ અને એડ્રેઈમાં રહેતો હતો;
4and the border of Og king of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,
5તે હેર્મોન પર્વત, સાલખાહ અને છેક ગશૂરીઓ તથા માંઅખાથીઓની સરહદ સુધીના આખા બાશાન પ્રાંત ઉપર તથા છેક હેશ્બોનના રાજા સીહોનની સરહદ સુધી અડધા ગિલયાદ પ્રાંત ઉપર રાજ કરતો હતો.
5and ruled in Mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, to the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.
6યહોવાના સેવક મૂસાએ રાજાઓને ઇસ્રાએલીઓની મદદથી હરાવ્યા, અને તેમની ભૂમિ પ્રદેશ રૂબેન, ગાદના કુળસમૂહો અને મનાશ્શાના અડધા કુળસમૂહને મૂસા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવી હતી.
6Moses the servant of Yahweh and the children of Israel struck them: and Moses the servant of Yahweh gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
7યહોશુઆ અને ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ યર્દન નદીની પશ્ચિમે લબાનોની ખીણમાં આવેલ બઆલ-ગાદથી સેઈર નજીક આવેલા હાલાક પર્વત સુધીના બધા રાજાઓને હરાવ્યા અને આ ભૂમિને કુળસમૂહો વચ્ચે તેમના ભાગ પ્રમાંણે વહેંચી આપી. પ્રત્યેક કુળસમૂહને પોતાનો ભાગ વહેંચી આપ્યો.
7These are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel struck beyond the Jordan westward, from Baal Gad in the valley of Lebanon even to Mount Halak, that goes up to Seir; and Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;
8આ વિસ્તારમાં યર્દનની ખીણમાં, પૂર્વીય ઢોળાવોમાં, પર્વતીય પ્રદેશોમાં, પશ્ચિમી ટેકરીઓમાં, અરણ્ય પ્રદેશમાં, નેગેબમાં. આ ભૂમિમાં હિત્તીઓ, અમોરીઓ, કનાનીઓ, પરિઝઝીઓ, હિવ્વીઓ તથાયબૂસીઓ રહેતા હતા.
8in the hill-country, and in the lowland, and in the Arabah, and in the slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the South; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;
10યરૂશાલેમનો રાજા 1હેબ્રોનનો રાજા 1
10the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;
11યાર્મૂથનો રાજા 1લાખીશનો રાજા 1
11the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;
12એગ્લોનનો રાજા 1ગેઝેરનો રાજા 1
12the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;
13દબીરનો રાજા 1ગેદેરનો રાજા 1
13the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;
14હોર્માંહનો રાજા 1અરાદનો રાજા 1
14the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;
15લિબ્નાહનો રાજા 1અદુલ્લામનો રાજા 1
15the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;
