યહોવા કહે છે, “જ્યારે યાકૂબના વંશજોને બંદીવાસમાંથી મુકત કરાશે અને તેમની ભૂમિ તેમને પાછી અપાશે અને પ્રત્યેક કુટુંબ પર કરૂણા દર્શાવાશે; યરૂશાલેમને પોતાના ખંઢેર પર ફરી બાંધવામાં આવશે અને કિલ્લાને તેના યોગ્ય સ્થાને ઊભો કરવામાં આવશે.

Thus says Yahweh: Behold, I will turn again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have compassion on his dwelling-places; and the city shall be built on its own hill, and the palace shall be inhabited after its own manner.
