“પણ યહૂદિયાના રાજા સિદકિયા તો ખાઇ ન શકાય તેવા સડેલા અંજીર જેવો હશે. સિદકિયા, અને તેના ઉચ્ચ અમલદારો અને યરૂશાલેમમાંના બાકીના લોકોને, જેઓ આ દેશમાં જ રહ્યાં હોય કે યહૂદિયાના તે બધાં લોકો જેઓ મિસરમાં રહેતા હોય, એ બધા ખવાય પણ નહિ એવા ખરાબ અંજીર જેવા હશે.

As the bad figs, which can't be eaten, they are so bad, surely thus says Yahweh, So will I give up Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, who remain in this land, and those who dwell in the land of Egypt,
