તેઓ પર્વતોના શિખરો ઉપર મૂર્તિઓ સન્મુખ બલિદાન કરે છે; ડુંગરો ઉપર જઇને ઓકવૃક્ષો, પીપળાવૃક્ષો તથા એલાહવૃક્ષો તળે, ધૂપ બાળે છે; એને લીધે તમારી પુત્રીઓ વ્યભિચાર કરે છે, ને તમારી પુત્રવધૂઓ અનૈતિક કર્મ કરે છે.”
World English Bible
They sacrifice on the tops of the mountains, And burn incense on the hills, under oaks and poplars and terebinths, Because its shade is good. Therefore your daughters play the prostitute, And your brides commit adultery.
