દેવે ઈબ્રાહિમ અને તેના વંશજને વચનો આપ્યા. દેવે ન હોતું કહ્યું કે, “તારા સંતાનોને.” (એનો અર્થ ઘણા લોકો થઈ શકે પરંતુ દેવે કહ્યું કે, “તારા સંતાનને.” આનો અર્થ માત્ર એક જ વ્યક્તિ; અને તે વ્યક્તિ ખ્રિસ્ત છે.)

Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. He doesn't say, "To seeds," as of many, but as of one, "To your seed," which is Christ.
