ગુજરાતી બાઇબલ
એલામ યુદ્ધમાં માર્યા ગયેલાઓની વચમાં પોઢી ગયું છે, અને તેની આસપાસ તેના યોદ્ધાઓની કબરો આવેલી છે. એ બધા વિશ્વાસઘાતી લોકો યુદ્ધમાં માર્યા ગયા હતા. જ્યારે તેઓ જીવતા હતા ત્યારે બધાને ભયથી થથરાવી મૂકતા હતા. પણ અત્યારે તો તેઓ પોતાની લજ્જાની સાથે નરકમાં જઇને પડ્યાં છે, અને યુદ્ધમાં માર્યા ગયેલાઓની દશા ભોગવે છે.
World English Bible
They have set her a bed in the midst of the slain with all her multitude; her graves are round about her; all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword; for their terror was caused in the land of the living, and they have borne their shame with those who go down to the pit: he is put in the midst of those who are slain.
