“હે મનુષ્યના પુત્ર, તું તૂરના રાજવીને કહે કે, ‘આ યહોવા મારા માલિકના વચન છે:“‘તું અભિમાનથી ફુલાઇ ગયો છે અને દેવ હોવાનો દાવો કરે છે, તું કહે છે, “દેવની જેમ હું સમુદ્રોની મધ્યે આસન પર બેસું છું.” તું દેવના જેવો જ્ઞાની હોવાનો દાવો ભલે કરે, પરંતુ તું નાશવંત મનુષ્ય છે, દેવ નહિ.

Son of man, tell the prince of Tyre, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet you are man, and not God, though you did set your heart as the heart of God;-
