ત્યારે એ અમલદારે કહ્યું હતું કે, “યહોવા આકાશમાં બારીઓ પાડે તો પણ આ સાચું પડે એમ છે ખરું?” અને એલિશાએ જવાબ આપ્યો હતો કે, “તું તારી સગી આંખે એ જોવા પામશે. જો કે એમાનું કશું તું ખાવા નહિ પામે.”
