તેઓ જ્યારે ત્યાં આવી પહોંચ્યા ત્યારે તરત જ એલિશાએ પ્રાર્થના કરી, “હે યહોવા, હવે તેઓની આંખો ઉઘાડો અને તેઓને જોવા દો.”પછી યહોવાએ તેઓની આંખો ઉઘાડી. તેઓએ જોયું કે તેઓ બરાબર ઇસ્રાએલના પાટનગર સમરૂનની વચ્ચોવચ છે.

It happened, when they were come into Samaria, that Elisha said, Yahweh, open the eyes of these men, that they may see. Yahweh opened their eyes, and they saw; and, behold, they were in the midst of Samaria.
