જયારે શમુએલે શાઉલને જોયો ત્યારે યહોવાએ તેને કહ્યું, “મેં તને જે માંણસની વાત કરી હતી તે જ આ છે, એ માંણસ માંરા લોકો ઉપર શાસન કરશે.”
