માંટે આજે તું યહોવાના નામની પ્રતિજ્ઞા લે અને મને વચન આપ કે માંરા મરણ પછી તું માંરા વંશજોને નહિ માંરી નાખે અને માંરા પિતાના કુટુંબમાંથી માંરું નામ ભૂંસી નહિ નાખે.”

Swear now therefore to me by Yahweh, that you will not cut off my seed after me, and that you will not destroy my name out of my father's house.
