તે બધાએ શમુએલને કહ્યું, “તારા સેવકોને માંટે તારા દેવ યહોવાને પ્રૅંર્થના કર, જેથી અમે મરી ન જઈએ. કારણ, અમાંરા બધાં પાપમાં રાજાની માંગણીના ઘોર પાપનો અમે ઉમેરો કર્યો છે.”

All the people said to Samuel, Pray for your servants to Yahweh your God, that we not die; for we have added to all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.
