ભાઈઓ અને બહેનો, હું સમજું છું કે: આપણી પાસે હવે ઘણો સમય રહ્યો નથી. તે અત્યારથી શરું કરીને, જે લોકો પાસે પત્નીઓ છે તેમણે એ રીતે દેવની સેવામાં તેમનો સમય વ્યતીત કરવો જોઈએ જાણે તેમને પત્નીઓ છે જ નહિ.

But I say this, brothers: the time is short, that from now on, both those who have wives may be as though they had none;
