1আইস, আমরা সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে আনন্দগান করি, আমাদের ত্রাণ-শৈলের উদ্দেশে জয়ধ্বনি করি।
1Oh come, let's sing to Yahweh. Let's shout aloud to the rock of our salvation!
2আমরা স্তব সহ তাঁহার সম্মুখে গমন করি, সঙ্গীত দ্বারা তাঁহার উদ্দেশে জয়ধ্বনি করি।
2Let's come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let's extol him with songs!
3কেননা সদাপ্রভু মহান্‌ ঈশ্বর, তিনি সমুদয় দেবতার উপরে মহান্‌ রাজা।
3For Yahweh is a great God, A great King above all gods.
4পৃথিবীর গভীর স্থান সকল তাঁহার হস্তগত, পর্ব্বতগণের চূড়া সকলও তাঁহারই।
4In his hand are the deep places of the earth. The heights of the mountains are also his.
5সমুদ্র তাঁহার, তিনিই তাহা নির্ম্মাণ করিয়াছেন, তাঁহারই হস্ত শুষ্ক ভূমি গঠন করিয়াছে।
5The sea is his, and he made it. His hands formed the dry land.
6আইস, আমরা প্রণিপাত করি, প্রণত হই, আমাদের নির্ম্মাতা সদাপ্রভুর সাক্ষাতে জানু পাতি।
6Oh come, let's worship and bow down. Let's kneel before Yahweh, our Maker,
7কেননা তিনিই আমাদের ঈশ্বর, আমরা তাঁহার চরাণির প্রজা ও তাঁহার হস্তের মেষ। আহা! অদ্যই তোমরা তাঁহার রব শ্রবণ কর!
7For he is our God. We are the people of his pasture, And the sheep in his care. Today, oh that you would hear his voice!
8আপন আপন হৃদয় কঠিন করিও না, যেমন মরীবায়, যেমন প্রান্তরের মধ্যে মঃসার দিবসে, করিয়াছিলে।
8Don't harden your heart, as at Meribah, As in the day of Massah in the wilderness,
9তখন তোমাদের পিতৃপুরুষেরা আমার পরীক্ষা করিল, আমার বিচার করিল, আমর কর্ম্মও দেখিল।
9When your fathers tempted me, Tested me, and saw my work.
10চল্লিশ বৎসর পর্য্যন্ত আমি সেই জাতির প্রতি অসন্তুষ্ট ছিলাম, আমি বলিয়াছিলাম, ইহারা ভ্রান্তচিত্ত লোক; ইহারা আমার পথ জ্ঞাত হইল না।
10Forty long years I was grieved with that generation, And said, "It is a people that errs in their heart. They have not known my ways."
11অতএব আমি আপন ক্রোধে শপথ করিলাম, ইহারা আমার বিশ্রামস্থানে প্রবেশ করিবে না।
11Therefore I swore in my wrath, "They won't enter into my rest."
