1হে ঈশ্বর, তুমি আমাদিগকে ত্যাগ করিয়াছ, আমাদিগকে ভগ্ন করিয়াছ, তুমি ক্রুদ্ধ হইয়াছ; ফিরিয়া আমাদিগকে স্বস্থ কর।
1For the Chief Musician. To the tune of "The Lily of the Covenant." A teaching poem by David, when he fought with Aram Naharaim and with Aram Zobah, and Joab returned, and killed twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt. God, you have rejected us. You have broken us down. You have been angry. Restore us, again.
2তুমি দেশ কম্পান্বিত করিয়াছ, বিদীর্ণ করিয়াছ; দেশের ভঙ্গের প্রতীকার কর, কেননা দেশ টলিতেছে।
2You have made the land tremble. You have torn it. Mend its fractures, For it quakes.
3তুমি আপন প্রজাদিগকে কষ্ট দেখাইয়াছ, তুমি আমাদিগকে অস্থিরতারূপ মদ্য পান করাইয়াছ।
3You have shown your people hard things. You have made us drink the wine that makes us stagger.
4যাহারা তোমাকে ভয় করে, তুমি তাহাদিগকে এক পতাকা দিয়াছ, যেন তাহা সত্যের পক্ষে তুলিয়া ধরা যায়। সেলা।
4You have given a banner to those who fear you, That it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.
5তোমার প্রিয়েরা যেন উদ্ধার পায়, তজ্জন্য তুমি নিজ দক্ষিণ হস্ত দ্বারা পরিত্রাণ কর, আমাদিগকে উত্তর দেও।
5So that your beloved may be delivered, Save with your right hand, and answer us.
6ঈশ্বর আপন পবিত্রতায় কথা কহিয়াছেন। আমি উল্লাস করিব, আমি শিখিম বিভাগ করিব, ও সুক্কোতের তলভূমি মাপিব।
6God has spoken from his sanctuary: "I will triumph. I will divide Shechem, And measure out the valley of Succoth.
7গিলিয়দ আমার, মনঃশিও আমার; আর ইফ্রয়িম আমার শিরস্ত্রাণ; যিহূদা আমার বিচারদণ্ড;
7Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine. Ephraim also is the defense of my head. Judah is my scepter.
8মোয়াব দেশ আমার প্রক্ষালনপাত্র; আমি ইদোমের উপরে নিজ পাদুকা নিক্ষেপ করিব; হে পলেষ্টিয়া, তুমি আমার জন্য উচ্চধ্বনি কর।
8Moab is my wash basin. I will throw my shoe on Edom. I shout in triumph over Philistia."
9কে আমাকে ঐ দৃঢ় নগরে লইয়া যাইবে? কে ইদোম পর্য্যন্ত আমাকে পথ দেখাইবে?
9Who will bring me into the strong city? Who has led me to Edom?
10হে ঈশ্বর, তুমি কি আমাদিগকে ত্যাগ কর নাই? হে ঈশ্বর, তুমি আমাদের বাহিনীগণের সহিত গমন কর না।
10Haven't you, God, rejected us? You don't go out with our armies, God.
11বিপক্ষের প্রতিকূলে আমাদের সাহায্য কর; কেননা মনুষ্যের কৃত পরিত্রাণ অলীক।
11Give us help against the adversary, For the help of man is vain.
12ঈশ্বরের দ্বারা আমরা বীরের কর্ম্ম করিব; তিনিই আমাদের বিপক্ষদিগকে মর্দ্দন করিবেন।
12Through God we shall do valiantly, For it is he who will tread down our adversaries.
