1ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণ মোশির ও হারোণের অধীনে আপন আপন সৈন্য শ্রেণী ক্রমে মিসর দেশ হইতে বাহির হইয়া আসিল, তাহাদের উত্তরণ-স্থান সকলের বিবরণ এই।
1These are the journeys of the children of Israel, when they went forth out of the land of Egypt by their hosts under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2মোশি সদাপ্রভুর আজ্ঞায় তাহাদের যাত্রানুসারে সেই উত্তরণ-স্থানগুলির বিবরণ লিখিলেন। তাহাদের যাত্রানুসারে উত্তরণ-স্থান সকলের বিবরণ এই।
2Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Yahweh: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3প্রথম মাসে, প্রথম মাসের পঞ্চদশ দিবসে তাহারা রামিষেষ হইতে প্রস্থান করিল; নিস্তার পর্ব্বের পরদিন ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণ মিস্রীয় সকল লোকের সাক্ষাতে ঊর্দ্ধহস্তে বাহির হইল।
3They traveled from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians,
4সেই সময়ে মিস্রীয়েরা, তাহাদের মধ্যে যাহাদিগকে সদাপ্রভু আঘাত করিয়াছিলেন, সেই সমুদয় প্রথমজাতকে কবর দিতেছিল; আর সদাপ্রভু তাহাদের দেবগণকেও দণ্ড দিয়াছিলেন।
4while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom Yahweh had struck among them: on their gods also Yahweh executed judgments.
5রামিষেষ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণ সুক্কোতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
5The children of Israel traveled from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.
6সুক্কোৎ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া প্রান্তরের সীমাস্থিত এথমে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
6They traveled from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7এথম হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া বাল-সফোনের সম্মুখস্থ পী-হহীরোতে ফিরিয়া মিগ্‌দোলের সম্মুখে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
7They traveled from Etham, and turned back to Pihahiroth, which is before Baal Zephon: and they encamped before Migdol.
8হহীরোতের সম্মুখ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া সমুদ্রের মধ্য দিয়া প্রান্তরে প্রবেশ করিল, এবং এথম প্রান্তরে তিন দিবসের পথ গিয়া মারাতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
8They traveled from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and they went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.
9মারা হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া এলীমে উপস্থিত হইল; এলীমে জলের বারোটী উনুই ও সত্তরটী খর্জ্জুর বৃক্ষ ছিল; তাহারা সে স্থানে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
9They traveled from Marah, and came to Elim: and in Elim were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm trees; and they encamped there.
10এলীম হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া সূফসাগরের সমীপে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
10They traveled from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea.
11সূফসাগর হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া সীন প্রান্তরে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।

12সীন প্রান্তর হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া দপ্‌কাতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।

13দপ্‌কা হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া আলূশে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
13They traveled from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14আলূশ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া রফীদীমে শিবির স্থাপন করিল; সে স্থানে লোকদের পানার্থে জল ছিল না।
14They traveled from Alush, and encamped in Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
15তাহারা রফীদীম হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া সীনয় প্রান্তরে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
15They traveled from Rephidim, and encamped in the wilderness of Sinai.
16সীনয় প্রান্তর হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া কিব্রোৎ-হত্তাবাতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।

37কাদেশ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া ইদোম দেশের প্রান্তস্থিত হোর পর্ব্বতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।

38আর হারোণ যাজক সদাপ্রভুর আজ্ঞানুসারে হোর পর্ব্বতে উঠিয়া মিসর হইতে ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণের বাহির হইবার চল্লিশ বৎসরের পঞ্চম মাসে, সেই মাসের প্রথম দিনে সে স্থানে মরিলেন।
38Aaron the priest went up into Mount Hor at the commandment of Yahweh, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first day of the month.
39হোর পর্ব্বতে হারোণের মৃত্যুকালে তাঁহার এক শত তেইশ বৎসর বয়স হইয়াছিল।
39Aaron was one hundred twenty-three years old when he died in Mount Hor.
40আর কনান দেশের দক্ষিণ অঞ্চলনিবাসী কনানীয় অরাদের রাজা ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণের আগমন সংবাদ শুনিলেন।
40The Canaanite, the king of Arad, who lived in the South in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41পরে তাহারা হোর পর্ব্বত হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া সল্‌মোনাতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
41They traveled from Mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.
42সল্‌মোনা হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া পূনোনে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
42They traveled from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.
43পূনোন হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া ওবোতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
43They traveled from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.
44ওবোৎ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া মোয়াবের প্রান্তস্থিত ইয়ী-অবারীমে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
44They traveled from Oboth, and encamped in Iye-abarim, in the border of Moab.
45ইয়ীম হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া দীবোন-গাদে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
45They traveled from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon-gad.
46দীবোন-গাদ হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া অল্‌মোন-দিব্লাথয়িমে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
46They traveled from Dibon-gad, and encamped in Almon Diblathaim.
47অল্‌মোন-দিব্লাথয়িম হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া নবোর সম্মুখস্থিত পর্ব্বতময় অবারীম অঞ্চলে শিবির স্থাপন করিল।
47They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48পর্ব্বতময় অবারীম অঞ্চল হইতে যাত্রা করিয়া যিরীহোর নিকটবর্ত্তী যর্দ্দনসমীপস্থ মোয়াবের তলভূমিতে শিবির স্থাপন করিল;
48They traveled from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.
49আর তথায় যর্দ্দনের নিকটে বৈৎ-যিশীমোৎ অবধি আবেল-শিটীম পর্য্যন্ত মোয়াবের তলভূমিতে শিবির স্থাপন করিয়া রহিল।
49They encamped by the Jordan, from Beth-jeshimoth even to Abel Shittim in the plains of Moab.
50তখন যিরীহোর নিকটবর্ত্তী যর্দ্দনসমীপস্থ মোয়াবের তলভূমিতে সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে কহিলেন,
50Yahweh spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,
51তুমি ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানগণকে কহ, তাহাদিগকে বল, তোমরা যখন যর্দ্দন পার হইয়া কনান দেশে উপস্থিত হইবে,
51Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,
52তখন তোমাদের সম্মুখ হইতে সেই দেশনিবাসী সকলকে অধিকারচ্যুত করিবে, এবং তাহাদের সমস্ত প্রতিমা ভগ্ন করিবে, সমস্ত ছাঁচে ঢালা বিগ্রহ বিনষ্ট করিবে, ও সমস্ত উচ্চস্থলী উচ্ছিন্ন করিবে।
52then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places:
53তোমরা সেই দেশ অধিকার করিয়া তাহার মধ্যে বাস করিবে; কেননা আমি অধিকারার্থে সেই দেশ তোমাদিগকে দিয়াছি।
53and you shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein; for to you have I given the land to possess it.
54আর তোমরা গুলিবাঁট দ্বারা আপন আপন গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে দেশাধিকার বিভাগ করিয়া লইবে; অধিক লোককে অধিক অংশ, ও অল্প লোককে অল্প অংশ দিবে; যাহার অংশ যে স্থানে পড়ে, তাহার অংশ সেই স্থানে হইবে; তোমরা আপন আপন পিতৃবংশানুসারে অধিকার পাইবে।
54You shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance: wherever the lot falls to any man, that shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers shall you inherit.
55কিন্তু যদি তোমরা আপনাদের সম্মুখ হইতে সেই দেশনিবাসীদিগকে অধিকারচ্যুত না কর, তবে যাহাদিগকে অবশিষ্ট রাখিবে তাহারা তোমাদের চক্ষে কন্টক ও তোমাদের কক্ষে অঙ্কুশস্বরূপ হইবে, এবং তোমাদের সেই নিবাসদেশে তোমাদিগকে ক্লেশ দিবে।
55But if you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those who you let remain of them be as pricks in your eyes, and as thorns in your sides, and they shall vex you in the land in which you dwell.
56আর আমি তাহাদের প্রতি যাহা করিতে মনস্থ করিয়াছিলাম, তাহা তোমাদের প্রতি করিব।
56It shall happen that as I thought to do to them, so will I do to you.
