এইরূপে যিহোশূয় তাহাদিগকে প্রেরণ করিলেন; আর তাহারা গিয়া অয়ের পশ্চিমে বৈথেলের ও অয়ের মধ্যস্থানে লুকাইয়া থাকিল; কিন্তু যিহোশূয় লোকদের মধ্যে সেই রাত্রি যাপন করিলেন।

Joshua sent them forth; and they went to set up the ambush, and stayed between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of Ai: but Joshua lodged that night among the people.
