কারণ ইস্রায়েল কিম্বা যিহূদা যে আপন ঈশ্বর বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু কর্ত্তৃক পরিত্যক্ত, তাহা নয়; যদিও ইহাদের দেশ ইস্রায়েলের পবিত্রতমের বিরুদ্ধে দোষে পরিপূর্ণ হইয়াছে।

For Israel is not forsaken, nor Judah, of his God, of Yahweh of Hosts; though their land is full of guilt against the Holy One of Israel.
