তৎকালে সদাপ্রভু আমোসের পুত্র যিশাইয় দ্বারা এই কথা কহিলেন, তুমি গিয়া আপন কটিদেশ হইতে চট মুক্ত কর, ও পদ হইতে পাদুকা খুল। তাহাতে তিনি তাহা করিলেন, বিবস্ত্র ও শূন্যপদ হইয়া ভ্রমণ করিতে লাগিলেন।

at that time Yahweh spoke by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go, and loose the sackcloth from off your loins, and put your shoe from off your foot. He did so, walking naked and barefoot.
