কেননা তিনি দায়ূদের কুল হইতে ইস্রায়েলকে ছিঁড়িয়া লইলে পর তাহারা নবাটের পুত্র যারবিয়ামকে রাজা করিয়াছিল; আর যারবিয়াম সদাপ্রভুর অনুগমন হইতে ইস্রায়েলকে পরাঙ্মুখ করিয়া তাহাদিগকে মহাপাপ করাইয়াছিলেন।
World English Bible
For he tore Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drove Israel from following Yahweh, and made them sin a great sin.
