তখন রাজা কহিলেন, সে যাহা বলিয়াছে, সেই মত কর, তাহাকে আক্রমণ কর, আর তাহার কবর দেও; তাহা হইলে, যোয়াব অকারণে যে রক্তপাত করিয়াছে, তাহার অপরাধ তুমি আমার পক্ষ হইতে ও আমার পিতৃকুল হইতে দূর করিবে।

The king said to him, Do as he has said, and fall on him, and bury him; that you may take away the blood, which Joab shed without cause, from me and from my father's house.
